Black-Veined White
Well, it started off as a green-veined white (Pieris napi) but during processing, I made an intermediary monochrome layer. I liked it so much that I stuck with it and finished the processing with that.
A very wet morning but it cleared up after lunch and so I headed out for a Blip, not really expecting to find many butterflies.
How wrong I was. The most butterflies so far this year in a short space of time. 15 green-veined whites (including a mating pair), 2 small whites, 1 large white and 1 meadow brown.
Thank you everyone for your response to yesterday's Blip. I have just found it on page 16 of 'Popular'. Thanks Blippers.
I think this blip qualifies for Wild Wednesday.
