The Good old Days

Anyone remember dripping?

These old pots have come from parents and grandparents and are from the days when dripping would be collected for use in cooking and frying.

I've even heard of dripping sandwiches. No thank you.

Now, Stilton cheese in a pot is another matter. Yum Yum. I suspect a modern marketing ploy as the weight is in grams. Lovely with a bit of fruit cake, or is that just a Yorkshire thing.
