We are just under 500km's from our resting place last night but you could be forgiven for thinking we were still there. It's a very similar blip but a different location. We made it to Yamba, one of our favourite villages on the north coast of NSW by just after 3.00pm this afternoon. The drive today is a fairly rigorous one and there's not a lot of sightseeing along the way, it's mainly freeway.
CCN and I just love being near the water and tonight we're smack bang right next to it. I hadn't been here a minute when I raced down to the beach to snap ANOTHER pod of pelicans waiting for the fishermen to throw them a tit bit or two. As you can see from this image, it's absolute concentration and focus.
We've decided to camp here for a couple of nights just to give us a bit of R and R after a very emotional couple of weeks.
