Traffic jam in the middle of nowhere

This is what can happen when visitors don't understand the traffic rules of single lane roads.  instead of waiting in the "passing place" while a campervan was pulled out of a bog, this campervan continued along the road and caused a 25 minute hold up while others tried to persude the cars behind it to reverse so that cars coming up the hill could get out of the way.  All were almost good natured about the situation.
