A First World City ?????

I've commented previously on the lack of places to sit around Manchester and at bus stops ..So poor it is unbelievable . No go for older people , those with incapacity and younger who have done a days work . This shot was taken today as we waited and waited for a bus .No way could my knees squat and the kerb was full of rain water. Here you see two very tired young ladies and by my side were two more, a young lady and her partner . Deansgate is a long walk and it was raining and why I ask should people not have an opportunity to sit in a first world fashion .?
