Question Time

This arrived in the post. It's notable for two reasons:
1) until last week I had no idea such a thing even existed;
2) it's the first time I've ever received anything from a country in the Middle East. I didn't know it was coming from there so it was a bit of a surprise. Cool stamps.

It's a kitchen implement. Total length about 6 inches long. Made out of steel.
