Sad Cow 208/365

I heard a loud MOO! outside my office this evening.  I find a heifer standing in the lane looking a bit lost.  Some returning cottage guest vehicles inadventently pushed her up the hill, so I had to 'persuade' her into a field, where she spies her herd and gets a bit upset.  

Thanks so much to the total moron who took the gate off its hinges to turn around and then drove off. It was doing an excellent job of keeping the cattle in the field until they came along.  

This is what we have to put up with in the countryside: a significant number of people people driving like idiots as they casually throw all their litter out of the car windows - behaving without any manners or common sense. Last night another idiotic driver demolished a garden dry stone wall and absconded. Great!
