Braid Hills from Blackford Hill

I decided to do a loop over the Braid Hills, then back to the Hermitage of Braid via Blackford Hill. A nice warm sunny day, although a tad breezy at the top.A couple of photos were too blurry for use.

A nice view of Craigmillar Castle is the Extra, was taken on the descent of the Braids.

The main of the Braid Hills, with the Pentlands behind was taken near the top of Blackford Hill, just before the top, and so is nice and sharp.

Nice cake and coffee from the Hermitage café before heading home, sitting outside in the sunshine was very welcome.
