Hollyhocks

They've been good this year, always full of bees whatever the weather. I remember my gran having lots of these in her garden so they bring back happy memories.
I had coffee with a lovely friend this morning and she was kind enough to look through some of my images with an eye to a light-hearted competition next week - she has an artistic eye so I value her opinion.
Off to Eastbourne tomorrow for the balloons and kites so I hope the weather won't be too bad.
