A bit short...

Made some shortbread today on a whim. no massive plans, so a quick run out to East Lothian to a shop in Longniddry for a wee present for a friend's new daughter, and... That was about it. There was the possibility Steven, Eliza and baby Eve would turn up today, so I was holding off on the blip opportunities, but I would not be surprised if they scarpered back west as soon as the weather started taking a turn!

Still a big knackered after getting the latest issue of my cycling website/magazine online on Thursday night, then out to the ballet last night. Terribly awfully cultured. That carries on tomorrow with a trip to Lyon & Turnbull for a viewing of the lots in an upcoming auction...

But for tonight, buttery sweet biscuit and a cup of tea to round off the night.
