Back lit primula

Very spring like in a friends garden. I usually drive in to her place but the linesman had his vehicle over the driveway so I walked in and saw these.
I have gone for the whole lot they were so cheerful. A single closeup in extra.
I saw other signs of spring today - magnolia stellata bloom, plum blossom, but with fresh snow and a wind from the Antarctic they may not be smiling long.
