Not Afraid?

Just down the hill from my home I saw this hawk sitting on the golf course fence .....I pulled over expecting him to fly when I stopped.....but he stayed, and stayed, and stayed even when I walked across the street to get a better photo. I wonder if I was being careless because I walked very close to him and continued to click off hundreds of photos. He did fly down to the grass on the other side of the fence for a few minutes, but he flew right back to the fence. I think this Copper Hawk is young and probably has not learned to be afraid of humans.
The result of this unexpected stop was that I was a little late picking up my hubby at the airport......opps!   I suppose that happens to us Blippers more often than others?
