High Five

Today we visited Rose isle a forested dune area on the coast. Following timed 1km runs in the terrain and technique coaching we finished off with a peg race. The idea was to collect as many pegs as possible as they completed a course. The pegs were placed on the controls and if there was one available you gad to visit an extra control. The coaches also had pegs which could be requested. The winner being the person with the most pegs.

This is young coach Matt giving everyone a high five before the start. A good fun event to finish the day before a quick paddle in the Moray Firth.
