River

We had a very full day today on a picnic for K fellowship. We left at 7.30am and drove into the mountains to grab a good spot by the river with shade. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, especially the children playing in boats in the river. My favorite part was singing with some of the believers, "I have decided to follow Jesus, No turning back" with an Egyptian brother playing his oud. It made me wonder if it was the first time Jesus had been worshiped in song in K on that spot!

After that we returned to town for a wonderful baptism service in a paddling pool!
