Run face

Busy emotional week and tonight I was not feeling the love of my marathon plan. As I am away tomorrow it was tonight or not get my long run in.
Tears at mile 2 and I was about to put my plan in the bin. A few drops of rescue remedy and a talking to myself, off I trotted and somehow managed 13.2 miles. The rain came at mile 8 but I quite like running in the rain. Another character run in the bank.
