A heart within a heart

The parcel with Rosie's urn, which I had to wait so long for before it finally arrived, also contained this pendant. I chose it because it represents to me how she will always have her place in my heart. The pendant has a small amount of her ashes inside so I can also always have her with me when I'm not at home.

When I started work on my first day back yesterday, my left knee and right hip were still feeling quite painful. The pain became less bad as the day went on though and today my knee feels much better. My hip is still somewhat more painful depending which movements I make but it has also improved.
