Used my 7 day free gym pass at Nuffield today. Took em and h...fairly disastrous as they couldn't go in the pool as there are no life guards until 3pm, were only allowed on the cardio equipment and then got ejected from the steam room as it was poolside and apparently this was also out of bounds to under 16s...oh well, we all managed about 45 mins of cardio and then headed to the bakers for cakes !!!!
