More Indian Lime Pickle

The first batch was so delicious after it had had time for the flavours to mature whilst I was away I decided to make some more, but this time added a few lemons in with the limes. This is part of a progression towards trying a pickle with only lemons as I have far more lemons than limes from my bushes.
