I would never miss a Harrier Club Event unless I have to work, but I have missed the Club Cross Country Champs. Marie rang me yesterday at work and said we are going to Lawrence, it has been a good day although I am like a bear with a sore head. I have intense discomfort in my right quad radiating into my hip making it very uncomfortable to do a lot. May be a trip to the Doctor or Physio not sure which yet as it maybe medical rather than muscular? I have been driving a different truck lately which is a bit like climbing Mt Everest to get into the cab and in the last two weeks I have only had one day off
