Elliptical Love
The elliptical was my first love at the gym. It helped me become better at cardio.
This is my routine which has to be switched soon just as my weight training. I do 45 minutes every time: First 10 minutes 8 incline, 2nd 10 minutes 9 incline (all pedaling forward), 3rd 10 minutes (pedaling backwards) 10 incline, 4th 10 minutes (pedaling forward again) 10 incline, then last 5 minutes 9 incline.
