People here are very careful about hygiene since the SARS outbreak in 2003. The city is full of hand sanitizers attached to walls for the public. Masks are worn by those who catch a cold. Prevention is taken very seriously.

Hong Kong is probably the cleanest city I've been to despite the biggest density in the world.
