Felluca, Food and a fuck load of cramp!

Two games of netball and two games of rugby this morning lead to a really quite severe bout of 'back of the knees tendon' cramp.

Could have done without that really.

Still, two tries in two games and a considerably lower tally of defensive fouls during netball can't be sniffed at.

A lovely sunset Felucca and stir fry to follow was most welcome. Thank you Lauren, I had another great night with you.

It was made all the more special as Lauren explained how the pink moon was disappearing on the horizon. Ahhh!
