In memory of Norah.

I am retrospectively posting this photograph on Sunday because on Friday I went to the funeral of a friend's baby daughter, Norah, she was two weeks old when she died.

Yellow and orange are Norah's colours so I am, unashamedly, posting a picture that was not taken today but with appropriate colours to mark the sad day.

She had a beautiful service written entirely by her parents, who were so very brave, at a natural burial ground in Warwickshire. It was very sad and moving but an incredibly beautiful thing they did for her. They wanted to do as much as they could for her during her tragically short life.

I was honoured to meet Norah in the short time she was with us.
