Horn Lane Bridge, Linton

It's been pretty much our usual Sunday routine today. It seemed to rain all night and the weather today hasn't been great!

Spent a fair bit of time sorting images on the computer, The Camera Club Exhibition looms and I need to sort out some to be printed.  While working I saw an old photo of the Horn Lane Bridge on a Linton Facebook page and thought I'd go down and have a go at a 'Then and Now'.

The bridge is beside the old ford.  A lady who lives in one of the houses in Horn Lane told me that the house had been damaged during the war when a tank went through the ford and along the lane. I wonder if anyone remembers that happening..
