Sailing.

Today himself and I got to go on the Crinan canal as we were doing a bit of filming for a Welsh TV channel. I took this after we got off at one of the locks. Twas good fun for what will be probably a ten second edit. Feeling a lot better. Much less of these odd shooting pains up and down my arms so the pills must be working. Was at a ceilidh last night and managed a few of the dances.
