Badminton Time

Started this morning with a 5km run.

We then dropped L off at gymnastics and MrsT & I played an hour of badminton before a wee gym session.

After picking L up after gymnastics we returned home for a play date with L's friend A.

I did some tidying up in the garage whilst the girls played before popping up to Specsavers to pick up my new glasses.

First time wearing glasses although these are only for reading and using the VDU.

Ten pin bowling planned this evening with the FiL after I drop my car off at the garage for some planned works tomorrow.
