A busy day of doing miscellaneous necessary things.

And I've found the leak in the conservatory. It's built over a drain and the drain is blocked. I spent a long time clearing up the water and then I watched as water poured over the floor. I'm now trying to unblock it. Might need to buy some drain rods tomorrow.
