Northern Pride

Mike , for his yr 10 English presentation, did a talk on inequality on the GLBT community. Today in Newcastle the Northern Pride march and festival took place. We drove over in the morning, met up with Emma and joined in. It seems odd that people still have to "come out" as gay or bisexual, the rest of us don't have to "come out" as heterosexual, and we all found it an enlightening, interesting and fabulously enjoyable day.
