Birds of a feather

My MonoMonday entry is a Seagulls feather, the lines are without blemish and beautifully formed. I went to Physio today and have a tear in my Abductor in my Hamstring. While being assessed some pain was quite intense that I even admitted to shooting Kennedy. I was surprised by some moderate weakness in my leg. After some Electroshock Treatment (Inferential ) and needles I certainly felt a lot better.
