Monomonday 184.......textures

Wild, wet and windy here today so I made soup, slow cooked silverside and baked what my mum used to call her "flat cake".
I photographed the soup but that looked like vomit in mono!
So, here is the crumbly texture of the world famous "flat cake" :)
