Telling It In Black & White .

Some may find this depressing so no need to read .I myself find it very much so but it serves as a record of my day .One where a lot has been spent trying to get sense from the Canal & River Trust , Manchester Council Environmental Health to name but two . Zero . Neither will cooperate & both are trying to pass onto transport. The boat which was set on fire  ( see extra) is still in the water & tipping over plus leaking oil.This has reached the area where it affects the birds . Here you see Mr Shy. A gosling is very affected . Manchester argue that if there is water it's Canal & River Trust . OK , what about all the trash overflowing and spewing out from Pioneers Quay .No water in that ,it's  so dense  .... Response , transport must do it .Canal and River will not lift the boat until someone pays but the owner is dead .Found so  in a tent a week after the fire .Three years the trash argument has been going on and we we are NO FURTHER  ..SIMPLY WORSE .Common sense would suggest each  group send a representative to meet the others and access what is to be done and by whom .Not much common sense in stock in M/C Town Hall . What you see is an eyesore as well as toxic it needs seeing to .Too much to hope for after three years of trying .
