Torrential

I woke up at work and completed my shift in sticky summer heat. Leaving town in the afternoon I was day dreaming about going for a sea swim to cool down...So was somewhat surprised when I spoke to Gorgeous on the phone (7 miles away) and was told that it had been raining heavily all afternoon. In town it was a stifling 21 degrees, back home, a refreshing and wet 15 degrees.
