Carys in Covent Garden in a Tutu!

Day 4 saw Carys being taught rep by Matthew Bourne's Red Shoe dancers. She absolutely loved it. Talked about it all the way home. They certainly looked like they were having fun when I arrived to collect her. The photographer was there today so it will be interesting to see what that brings.

After class Karen of Mummyandgirl had very kindly offered to take some photos of C. Neither of us was sure that C would buy into this idea from the look on her face when I produced the tutu and suggested she wore it in Covent Garden. However, once in her dance persona a different Carys appeared. One who was happy to pose and dance regardless of the public around her, one who grew into the whole process to the point of suggesting things she might like to do. I can't wait to see these photos. This is only a snap from my phone.

Meanwhile I had been to Excel and back to registration for Sunday's little bike ride. Excited yes, apprehensive yes, but mostly excited.
