guess who's coming to dinner

well, you and me both will be guessing. I went out with husband and friend - who -almost- shares- a- birthday, so that we could celebrate our birthdays, and there was a bit of a kerfuffle when this helicopter arrived, but we never saw who was in it.
We did have a brilliant lunch, and stopped at the most amazing village shop in Chadlington on the way back. Madagascan vanilla, anyone? We settled for local plums, flowers and taramasalta (the real kind, not the bright pink stuff).
I think, sadly, that's my birthday week over.
