Ride London 100 2017!

Well I did it. 100miles in 6hrs 14mins! It was an amazing day. Would love to do it again. Up at 4.50 for a start time of 09.12 but I averaged 16+mph and had a top speed of 40.3mph! Loved Box Hill, hated Wimbledon. Didn't notice Newlands Corner but Leith there are no words for, exaggerated by the number of cyclists crowded in due to being held at the bottom for an ambulance. Ballot opens 7th August, my name will be in, but if not then I have Hitchin Tri to look forward to next year. I also raised a little bit of money for Breastfeeding Network, the tiny charity I have volunteered for for the last seven years, so all good.
