Simple Things

Had a wonderful morning walking with my friend, her two wee boys and Daisy in Figgate park. Both boys had a ball chasing after Daisy and David was delighted every time she shook off and got his Spider-Man costume wet! We had just left when the heaviest of showers began, very lucky.

I then got a very strange message from a friend of mine from Uni. I wasn't able to meet her and another friend at the weekend because my car was being worked on. She has taken huge offence to this and I think we may have fallen out - I never really think about grown ups falling out, hope we get it sorted. The whole thing left me feeling very strange and I was glad to get home from work to a cuddle, wine and chocolate.
