Texture

Those smal lines are called dermal papillae.
They are unique, even twins have different ones.
They are thicker on workers hands, because of the protective horn skin and the sweat makes the skin bloated.
The structure helps to feel better, because pressure is absorbed.
The lines make the hands less slippy.
You can feel all sorts of textures with them.
