A stones throw

You never know what's around the corner...

We met up with Siama and her 'beasties' at a place I'd never heard of and didn't know existed; a farm/garden with a random selection of animals, outdoor toys, swings etc.
Despite all of these the kiddies were at their happiest playing in the river and all managed to get on aged 2, 3, 4 & 9.
It was lovely to see Siama too of course but the time always flies and before we know it it's time to go!

It was a day of catching up as my oldest friend Emma came over this evening for tea and a gossip. We've not seen each other for ages and need to arrange a proper catch up when Anya isn't interrupting with doctors kits, colouring books and general three year old chatter! (She was very excited to have her first ever plaster and had to tell us all over and over again :-)

Our mini-break in Manchester is nearly over and we'll be off home tomorrow to see Andrew/Daddy...
