balance and calm

Been posted to Holland and on a very busy project. So I have had no time to upload photos which I took over the past few weeks.

Its flat and there is a lot of water everywhere! I have bought a Dutch bike so I blend in with the locals. It's like sitting in an armchair while pedalling.

Yesterday I went for a ride and found a nature reserve, spoonbill was chilling in the water and it is now my screensaver. When I get busy and feel stressed I look at it and feel good.
