A Few Bright Spells .....

...... in both the weather and the quality of the golf on this morning's round; the two tended to coincide. We played a bit later than normal with our old friend, Russell, whose regular golfing partner (another former colleague) is away on holiday. Russell was in his normal good spirits and thankfully is still in remission from the bowel cancer that afflicted him a few years ago.

Kate & Sophie had come over for a swim this morning so we went to the park this afternoon, just as the weather turned really nasty and we all got soaked!
