Boy it was hot today. We were all melting at 45C.

I spent the morning out in a village with yezidi families which felt as though it was burning up in the sun with no shade. The children sleep outside on this old bed.

I took the mum to see a Dr in town which was quite an adventure for her. She's 5 months pregnant with baby number 9 and hasn't seen a Dr yet. I was so happy and surprised by how the Dr treated her with respect and care, which is very unusual here.
