... and personal.

Recently I have Blipped a couple of bee images that used my big camera and lens. I don't have a macro so I thought I'd give my phone camera a go at capturing a bee.

As ever my salvia was buzzing with bees  whilst I worked on Matilda. Not wanting to use the zoom I got into the bush and within inches of the working bees. This was my best try. Cropped by about 50% and some highlights and shadows tweaked. 

Not sure if this counts as a macro but it's the best I and my phone can do.
