What to Do?

This silver plate coffee set was presented to (I think) my maternal grandfather, Joseph Seymour by his brother Sergeants when he left the regiment having served for 21 years. But I cant read the name of the regiment - I think its the 31st xxx Infantry. I will have to ask my mum if she can add any info. It's rather a lovely set, but what to do with it?
