Slow worm

A very satisfying day at work, I really do enjoy what I do! Smallest spent the day with ClareClare and I 'had' to collect him from Five Degrees. It would have been rude not to stay and have some tea to celebrate Sam's birthday!

Home to pack and as I walked barefoot in the kitchen, I felt something under foot that shouldn't have been! A slow worm. In the past the chickens and cats have found them but they've never brought them in before. It's now safely in the compost heap where I'm sure it will be much happier!!
