Storytime with Grandmaman

Today was our last day in the UK, sob...
Asha is getting a cold, so just Nate & I popped off to see an old Ibiza friend & meet her new daughter! It was lovely to catch up & to swap notes on all things 'baby'! Meanwhile D was at the dentist having a check up & getting the stains removed from his teeth - the last evidence of his old smoking life. 
Then back to my parents for packing, lunch and last minute odds and ends.
Our flight back was fine, though bumpy at the end...and we had to circle above the island for a while as we waited for bad weather to pass. 
It's been lovely to be away, and now it's lovely to be home.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A cup of tea with Gill first thing.
2) My parents hospitality these past few days - especially when we only gave them 24 hours notice!!!
3) Being home safely.
