Old Maltings, Burwell.

Its been another fantastic Summer day!

I took Margaret over to her volunteer job at the Fulbourn Hospital as usual for Wednesday. She had to be there a little earlier today so I was able to drive over to Burwell to take this photo. The Old Maltings were built in the 1700s and are very distinctive.  As you can probably guess I arrived just before the rain.

On the journey from Linton to Fulbourn we passed several combine harvesters frantically getting as much done as they could before the rain. The BBC reckoned it would start at 3pm, and they were right almost to the minute.
