Remembering.

Today we said our fond farewells to a lovely lady.

She was a member of our walking group, and also secretary.
It was very moving to hear the tributes paid to her.
She has fought her illness so bravely for many years.Always looking on the positive side of life.
A kind, caring, thoughtful person. Who was always there for anyone if needed.
One of her favourite walks was the Railway Children's walk from Haworth , which she led just before Christmas. We could see then that she was finding it difficult to walk up the hill, but never one to complain, just told us all to go on ahead.
We will all miss her.
