The Karoo

A photo from The Karoo in South Africa, taken by W in 1977, developed in his own darkroom.  He entered it for a photographic competition at University, and won 2nd prize.

I was working this morning, and by the time I came home, it was very windy and unpleasant outside, to be shortly followed by rain, which is still falling.  So we sat and went through some photos from a box.  And I have scanned several, that were interesting or unusual. 

With permission, I decided that this photo best typifies my day today.  And I'm tagging it for Wild Wed, as the Karoo is definitely wild!
