Get off of my cloud

Have friends over from NZ at the moment so took them to Bempton Cliffs today. S had never seen puffins and so we went on a puffin hunt. Most of them were sat on the sea and too far away to get a decent shot of with the camera and then when they flew in they were too blooming quick. On the positive side we did see lots and S was very happy.
I on the other hand could not stay away from the gannets. they are just beautiful birds and their prowess in the air and clinging on to rock faces is legendary. It was sooooo hard to choose one shot but have gone for the argument shot here. Check out my others here for 'in flight' mode and 'showing off how beautiful I am' mode

Finished the day with wonderful company, a yummy meal of haggis and mince shepherds pie with sweet potato mash. Couldn't even fit pudding in :-)
