Gulli and I met up with Kate and son Charlie at the station at 10 and headed off to the V&A, Kate and Charlie had never been to the museum before, we all really enjoyed it, they have headphones that pick up sound automatically as you approach different areas, music, documentary footage, interviews, artwork including these faces from The Division Bell.
Loads of guitars and keyboards, amps etc. they even had a mixing desk of MONEY you could remix and listen to tracks in isolation. A highlight was a massive room with a laser display on the ceiling and the Arnold Lane video followed by Comfortably Numb live footage screened on all four walls, we lay down to listen, such good sound, Comfortably Numb has to be one of their best.
Then it was lunch in the cafe which is stunning.
Then we popped into another exhibition on the fashion designer Balenciaga.
I was really tired when I got home!
